Rouzi Guo

Ms. Guo started her career at Jefferies, where she was an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on mergers and acquisitions, equity issuances, and debt financings for public and private healthcare companies. After Jefferies, she joined Kohlberg & Company as a Private Equity Associate, where she executed leveraged buyouts, managed numerous portfolio companies, and authored investment white papers across the Healthcare Services vertical. Ms. Guo has extensive experience working closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements. She holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
